Dirty carpet, dirty shower, dirty sheets. Bloody toilet paper in bathroom of pool. They did change the sheets after we pointed out the hair and stains. But I don't think the blood issue was resolved promptly. The kids had a blast on the pool slides and they had a good meal for breakfast. The only reason we came was because of the pool and thought the palm trees were neat. Not overly friendly staff.
This place was totally remodeled approximately 3 years ago I think it's about $45 per night the rooms are nice they do have a indoor swimming and other bangs for kids and adults
It looked so cute in the pictures, but it was not even close to what we needed. Front desk lady talked to us like we were stupid. On our second day of being there after the maid half assed our room and didn't leave coffee or cups or fresh soap, I went to the office to ask for some and she looked at us told us we had coffee yesterday. Yeah duh we drank that. When we arrived the air in the room was off and it was a very hot day it took forever for it to cool off. No fridge or microwave which I found out later had to be requested and the shower, well what shower the water dribbled out not even enough to get wet on our second day. The first day there was a little bit more. The slide was the only fun thing but pool was over chlorinated. I've stayed in a dive or two in my life this one sucked big time. Only had one grill that wasn't grossed out. Go to the Queen of diamonds much better place.
It's in a very small town. The people who run it are very nice. Very comfortable beds and clean rooms.
Upon entering, the lady at the front desk was already talking kindly to another tenant. When it was my turn, my family was told "Are you sure there's enough room for you all in this room? You guys may be use to that kind of living, but it's hard on our rooms." The room had 2 king size beds and 1 queen. She was polite, if you want to call it that, but definitely not friendly. There were bugs on their bed, however, we knew we weren't going to get our money back, therefore we put some blankets down and slept on our own stuff. When we woke up, we still made sure to tidy up the room and got out of there. Our family was definitely not "hard on their rooms." I do not recommend this place.
